Excellent service throughout our Umrah trip. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a very good knowledge of all the hotels and give a honest and precise opinion on them. All the transfers were very smooth and their people in Makkah and Madinah were all very helpful. I will InshAllah will be taking my family with them again.

IGreat experience on my first ever Umrah. After speaking to the team on the phone in December I already knew I wanted to go with them. They are very professional alhamdulliah, from the moment I made the booking until the moment I reached Makkah I received constant emails from them. I think they are the cheapest company in the market for 5 star umrah packages, I paid £800 and had Swissotel in Makkah and Crowne Plaza in Madinah also flights with Lebanon airlines. Alhamdulliah I went to hajj with Ahmed Tour this year (2019). I was pleased with the service that they provided me. The team is very professional and helpful. When making my booking I spoke to Brother Zakaria on the phone for around 1 hour, he was very honest and polite and explained the package in detail. From then i made my intention to travel with them. The service they provided was excellent, they are family run business who put customers first despite all the excessive problems they face from the haj ministry.
